Shipping Info

At ProsonicMedia.com, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order will ship once we process your order and as soon as we confirm your billing information, which takes 1 to 2 business days. If your order has been processed (Charged) then you cannot cancel your order. ProsonicMedia.com does not ship internationally. At this time we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your item(s) and our service, so here are just a few things to keep in mind about transit times:

  • Most orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days after the order date. Our goal is to get each order processed and on its way to you within 48-72 hours processing time.


  • Many of our items are quite popular and inventory fluctuates daily. ProsonicMedia.com makes no guarantees as to the availability of products. Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. In the event that your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to give you the option of waiting for that item or canceling the order.


  • Please Note: Orders are shipped by UPS whenever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday. UPS shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

    When you place an order through the shopping cart, you have the option to select the service you'd like: UPS Ground UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day. We charge shipping based upon the shipment option that you select at Checkout. A price will be calculated using the UPS rate tables directly - we don't add any additional handling charges. The following shipping options are available:

  • Deliveries to residential and commercial addresses in 3 to 8 business days after shipment.
  • Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
  • Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days.
  • Available only to addresses in the 48 continental states.


  • 2nd Day Delivery - Second Business Day Delivery

  • Delivery by 4:30pm the second business day after shipment to most areas (by 7:00pm to residences).
  • Shipment tracking provided with a required signature at delivery.


  • Standard Overnight Delivery - Next Business Day Delivery

  • Delivery by 3:00pm the next business day to cities and by 4:30pm to rural addresses Monday through Friday.
  • This is Standard Overnight Delivery service to major metropolitan areas in the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional days for delivery.
  • Shipment tracking provided with a required signature at delivery.


  • How do I get UPS to leave a package with or without a signature being required? What is a UPS release waiver?

    As long as a tracking number has not been generated, you can contact your local UPS branch and put in a "Signature waiver" to either require or not require a signature for delivery. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). If a tracking number has been generated for your order and once UPS attempts an initial delivery, they will leave a delivery notice on your door. On the reverse side you will find the same "Signature release waiver". Fill it out and they will follow your instructions on their next delivery attempt. Some UPS drivers will leave a package if they are familiar with the neighborhood and consider it safe to do so. That is completely up to the UPS driver.

    Can I request that UPS hold my package(s)? Can I have a package re-routed?

    ProsonicMedia.com will not give UPS consent to hold packages for customers to pick-up at their local UPS facilities due to fraud concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience this precautionary measure may cause but we are simply trying to ensure the safety of our customer's purchases. Similarly ProsonicMedia.com will not request that a package be re-routed to another location once in transit to the shipping address requested on the original order.

    Shipment Contract & Tracking

    We will charge you the shipping fee each time to re-ship any package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who elect to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to any cost incurred by us.

    ProsonicMedia.com is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Again, we generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, prosonicmedia.com is not responsible.

    If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we will charge a $10.00 address correction fee. If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
