Can I track my package?

You can track your order two ways.
  • The UPS tracking number you received in your order confirmation page and go to www.ups.com select your country, then type in your tracking number on the space provided.
  • Check your order status at ProsonicMedia.com by going Here and typing in your tracking number that you received in your confirmation email. If you do not see any information at the UPS tracking site, then your order has not been shipped, but being processed. You will receive tracking information, which is emailed to you, once your order has been shipped out.
